Yes, dogs are welcome on the lawns and the bushwalk, and there is no extra pet fee when the pet rules are followed. Please tell us about pets when you request your stay. No pets on furniture or beds, and pets can’t be left at the property unsupervised because the grounds are not fully fenced. If clean-up is left for us, an extra $100 may apply. See the pet policy.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Nightly rates start from $400 (standard nights), $450 in school holidays and $500 on public holiday dates. There is a $150 cleaning fee per stay, and stays of a week or more get a 10% discount. Each night’s rate is shown on the bookings calendar.
Yes, a $300 refundable bond is paid with your final payment and refunded within 48 hours of checkout.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. We’re flexible when we can be, so just ask. Check-in is self check-in from a secure key box, and we email you the access code separately.
Yes. The Wi-Fi details are included in your check-in information.
Yes. The master bathroom has a corner spa bath built for two, plus a separate shower.
On the property: drive up the left-hand fork of the driveway and park under the carport. There is a sensor light for night arrivals.
About two hours’ drive from either Sydney or Canberra. The cottage is at 222 Moss Vale Road, Kangaroo Valley NSW 2577.
Three bedrooms, sleeping up to 6: a queen bedroom downstairs, and a second queen plus a smaller double upstairs. There are two living rooms, one on each floor.
Yes. A porta cot (please bring your own cot linen) and high chair are available free on request, and there are board games, outdoor games, books and a DVD/Blu-ray collection. The playing fields, playground and local pool are about 100 metres away.
Yes, there is a wood fire in the main living room downstairs, and firewood is supplied. Every bedroom also has its own heater.
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your deposit is fully refunded. If you cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book your dates, you also get a full refund.
Yes. The Friendly Inn, cafés and restaurants in Kangaroo Valley village are about 500 metres away, so you can leave the car and walk home under the stars.

We reply personally to confirm, then a 50% deposit secures the booking and the balance is due 7 days before arrival. You can pay by direct deposit (preferred), Visa/Mastercard or PayPal.
