Booking and Payment
Book by using the booking form below or simply contact The Secret Garden Cottage directly via our contact details.
- A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of booking, full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival.
- Payment may be made by direct deposit (preferred), credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or PayPal.
- We can not provide refunds after payments are made but dates can be rescheduled if necessary with at least 14 days notice or if the cancelled dates are re-booked.
- A bond of $300 is payable with your final payment. This will be refunded within 48hrs of your checkout.

Conditions:
- Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am, but can be flexible depending on other bookings.
- A cleaning fee of $150 per stay applies.
- We have a portacot and high chair available on request for no extra charge.
- Pets are welcome at no extra charge on the condition that, you clean up after them prior to your departure, if you do not wish to commit to this or it does not occur then we will charge an extra $100 per booking.
- Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
